Session will include a discussion with some participation on teaching students the 5 major movement patterns (push, pull, press, squat, and hinge) and other functional movement skills. We will go into the importance of these movements related to students' overall health and confidence, and how these transfer to sport related movements. Students should know these movements and do them proficiently prior to adding load in the weight room, and we will show you how to ensure that!
