Connecting PE and Recess: A Strategy for Alignment

Playworks believes in the power of play for every kid. With over 25 years of recess experience, Playworks has demonstrated the power of creating safe and equitable play. Connecting PE and recess can create a sense of consistency and community across all grade levels as well as increase physical activity at recess. This workshop will explore strategies that can be used in PE to positively impact recess through play systems as well as games.
